Throughout the 80s, a decade well known for its music, Digilin provided services to maintain electronic audio equipment. Digilin also commenced design work on its own range of professional audio equipment targeted at recording studios, so it is an interesting fact that the first Digilin branded products were actually audio devices.

In the early to mid 80s Digilin commenced manufacturing high quality audio processing devices such as compressors and DI’s, that were installed into many of the top studios around Australia and also used for liver performances. Digilin became well recognised by sound engineers for producing devices that were high performance and low noise.
