Taipan Adjustable is a robust, versatile exterior luminaire developed for urban streetscapes and landscaping applications. The fixture is fully submersible and extremely durable, with IP68 and IK10 ratings. With a core body of only 35mm, this adjustable spot version is an ideal solution for where a small but powerful exterior fixture is required. The fixture is commonly used in gardens and landscapes as a compact spotlight or can be permanently submersed to illuminate ponds and water features.

Available with a range of lenses from spot to wide, as well as a medium oval (14°x40°) and a frosted diffuser, the Taipan Adjustable can be configured to achieve a multitude of light effects. The RGB version and fixed colour outputs offer further capacity for fulfilling creative designs. Taipan Adjustable uses either a long or short yoke which can be fixed directly onto a surface, fit with a mounting plate or mounted onto a garden spike.

Ever since the fixture was developed in 2001, Taipan's marine-grade 316 stainless steel body has been machined locally in Brisbane. Over the years we've been updating its electrical components, achieving higher lumen outputs while using less power and developing further optical options, but its press-fit body design is so perfect we haven't even considered revising it.

This product is part of the extensive Taipan series, offering 15 different body types ranging from recessed ingrounds to wall-mounted and dedicated pool luminaires versions, enabling designers to bring the unique features of this durable fixture to an almost limitless range of installation locations.

Taipan Adjustable operates using constant current if configured as dimmable, whereas the non-dimmable configuration is constant voltage. The non-dimmable constant voltage versions have an in-built sensor and self-regulating voltage function, ensuring consistent light outputs across multiple fixtures in extended runs, nullifying the impact of voltage drop on illumination outcomes.
